TERMS, CONDITIONS AND WARRANTY

All prices are in Euros, VAT included.

During checkout for residents outside the EU, prices will be reduced of VAT (21%).

All orders are charged in Euros and VAT reduced accordingly.

NOTE: Customs duty/import tax and courier brokerage/handling fees for customers outside EU are at own risk. Keep possible extra costs in mind when ordering.

Pre-order: watches are prepayed but not yet in stock.

During pre-order until shipping you may change your order or have your money back up to 7 days before shipping.

Pre-order watches take roughly 4 months to complete from time of announcement.

Expected release date is stated in the discription of item.

Pre-orders are payed in full with benefit of discount up to 35%.

Delays in productions will be duly communicated via newsletter and through our Facebook.

All watches are warranted against manufacturing defects and malfunction for 2 years. Utmost effort will be taken for customer satisfaction. Normal wear and tear and malfunction due to improper use are excluded from warranty. Returns under warranty are free of charge. Contact us for details and instructions.

Upon receiving your product you have the right to send back the item within 7 days for a refund.

During this time the buyer may inspect and use the product under normal conditions to consider ownership.

Returns not under warranty are at cost and risk of customer.

Upon receiving the item(s) in perfect condition you, the customer, will be refunded 100% cost of item excluding original shipping fee.

In case you wish to return your goods please notify us within 7 days and keep all packaging and related accesoires ready for return after instructions from us.
